What is the delivery method, and the delay?

All our deliveries are made via Colissimo. The delivery time is 3 to 4 working days. This period is obviously variable depending on the activity of the freight forwarders.

How can I track my package?

In order to ensure optimal delivery follow-up, you will receive an email as soon as your package has been dispatched. It will include a tracking number to follow the steps of the shipment from Colissimo service.

What would I do if I have not received my package? 

First, for any absence during delivery, La Poste will leave you a calling card mentioning the conditions for picking up your package. The time to retrieve it is generally 15 days. Beyond this period, it will be returned to us, the shipping costs will again be at your expense.

If you have not received a transit advice note, check the status of your delivery on the site www.coliposte.net and contact your post office directly to check where the package is located. What if an ordered item is missing upon receipt of my package?

We invite you to check the order confirmation email indicating the items shipped. In the event that the product is out of stock, an email will be sent to you, the refund will be made as soon as possible. If the shipping confirmation email indicates that all products have been shipped, we recommend that you contact us by email: c.ness@live.fr

What is the refund period for my order?

For any refund request, the refund will be effective after analysis of the condition of the package and if the latter is compliant, we will make a payment within 48 hours of receipt of the package. It all depends on the management time of your bank.

In the event that your favorite is absent during the preparation of the order, we undertake to reimburse you as soon as possible.
